If you've bought the all-ages version, then you can buy a patch to add the sex scenes. You can also buy the all-ages version from s-court, though I don't know why anyone would bother. The version bought on steam is the all-ages version which has all of the sex scenes cut out, so there's nothing to censor (except maybe the naked maid when you're picking her looks and clothes I'm not sure how that gets handled in the all-ages version).
